What are pre cut
boats?
As there are many people who would like to build their own boat, Alucraft is offering a completely designed, engineered and CNC cut boat, packed in a crate and delivered to your front doorstep ready for you to start assembling and welding into the final product.
Why pre cut?
Many people lack the necessary lofting skills to work off a standard set of offsets, so we have taken this boring task out of it so you may go straight to the fun part and watch your boat come together quickly and accurately.
How does it work?
We design and nest the package using specialised computer programs, then cut it on a computerised plasma cutter. What you get are all the difficult sections cut out of plate, you just have to cut the little tabs and the section drops out....just like a jig saw puzzle.
How do I know I am
doing it right?
Every kit comes with a construction manual that guides you through all the major steps, plus you can rely on proper technical backup from a builder as opposed to a design company only.
Other design companies can only offer theoretical back-up, at Alucraft we have hands on experience that you can rely on.
If you do not have access to bending, tank testing equipment or you would like us to prefabricate some of the smaller components, supply you with electronics, pumps or other items, you can rest assured you will recieve the best deal and the right gear as well, all shipped to your front doorstep.
